Anthony McKay, Chief Executive Officer Anthony co-founded Telephonetics in 1993 with Bill Burgar and was appointed as a Director to the Board on 7 July 2005. He has nearly 20 years' experience in the telecoms industry, having previously worked for Northern Telecom (now Nortel), Octel (now Avaya), British Telecom and Symbionics. He is a graduate of Durham University, where he read Computing and Electronics. |

Bill Burgar, Managing Director Bill co-founded Telephonetics in 1993 with Anthony McKay and was appointed as a Director to the Board on 7 July 2005. Prior to Telephonetics he worked at Nortel, Octel (now Avaya), and Martis Oy (now Tellabs). He is a graduate of Reading University, where he read Cybernetics and Computer Science. |

James Ormondroyd, Finance Director James joined the Board as a Director on 7 July 2005. He was previously the Finance Director and Company Secretary at World Television Group plc, the AIM quoted corporate communications business and before this was Finance Director of Virtue Broadcasting. He also serves as Company Secretary of Telephonetics and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. |

Mike Neville, Non-Executive Chairman Michael was appointed to the Board as Non-Executive Chairman on 7 July 2005. He has extensive experience in capital markets and serves as Non-Executive Director for a number of AIM quoted companies. His background is in the telecommunications and technology arena, where he has worked for the last 18 years, specialising in strategy and mergers and acquisitions for public and private companies. He holds an Engineering degree as well as an MBA. |

Mark Brooks, Director Mark was appointed to the Board as Non-Executive Director on 10 March 2008. He co-founded Voice Integrated Products Ltd in 1991, which was acquired by Telephonetics plc in July 2005, serving both as Technical Director and Managing Director. He was previously a Senior Software Architect at Telephone Management Systems and also worked for the UK Atomic Energy Authority as a Research Analyst. He is a graduate of Exeter University with a combined degree in Physics and Mathematics, specialising in acoustics. |
